the beginnings of something ... part 4

Wheaton Station:: Wait times. I'm sure someone has something to say about this...

Wheaton Station:: ... but I really have something to say about this. It looks benign but it's a documentation of the foul stench that resides in the stairwell of the Wheaton parking garage. The words "stale urine" don't even come close to capturing the reality of this smell. And I have two questions: Why would anyone urinate in a stairwell? AND Why doesn't Metro take responsibility for cleaning it up? It's a matter of quality of their rider experience. And let me tell you it doesn't mix well with the outrageous heat we've been experiencing. It's a nasty, NASTY way to end your day. Posted by Picasa
